CASUALTY fans were left in shock tonight after doctor Mason Reede was found dead in a store cupboard by his colleague Rash.
Initial concerns were that he may have taken his own life and many of the team including Rash, Ethan, Jacob and Archie voiced their concerns that they could’ve done more to help him. However it is revealed next week that Mason had an underlying heart condition.
Mason’s death brings an abrupt end to actor Victor Oshin’s time on CASUALTY having only joined the show in August.
His character was seemingly cocky and arrogant but revealed layers of insecurity and in the store cupboard where he was found, it was revealed he kept a keepsake box with items such as a photo of his father and a motivating book to help give him a boost when he was feeling overwhelmed.
