ON JOINING HOLBY CITY : It’s great to be in a drama that goes out in the 8pm time slot that has 8 million people tuning in, and has surgery, sensationalism and sex in a way that doesn’t upset children or grandparents.’
ON JESS & ZUBIN’S ROMANCE : ‘I’m interested in where it’s going.. Zubin had shut down the romantic part of his life after his wife died and if he wanted sex he’d pay for it. But Jess is breaking through his hard facade and rekindling his romantic side.’
