Former HOLBY CITY actor David Ames is joining the cast of Hollyoaks.
David, who played Dominic Copeland in the medical drama will play the new headmaster in the soap and will make his debut later this year.
He revealed the news on This Morning saying, ‘There was a vacancy at Hollyoaks High School so I thought I’d step in and fill the role!’
Since the axing of HOLBY CITY last year, David has appeared in a number of theatre roles as well as guest roles in The Madame Blanc Mysteries and Doctors.
