CHARACTER : Steve Morrissey
STORYLINE : Steve is an ex-boyfriend of Jude who comes in after hitting his head at a car garage. Steve reveals that he has taken his son from his mother, Paula. But when his condition worsens, Paula is called and says he has a condition called cardiomyopathy. Steve later dies.

CHARACTER : Tony Holman
STORYLINE : Chrissie Holman is presenting her daily radio show, that relates to personal problems. A man, ‘Derek’, calls and talks about his wife, saying that he feels isolated from her. He says that he will kill himself if things don’t get better. During the call, Chrissie collapses from stomach pains and Derek is cut off. At the hospital, Chrissie’s husband, Tony, arrives. Chrissie realises that it was him who rang up her radio show. They talk and decide to work hard at their relationship.
