‘No Place Like Home’ : The mother of runaway George arrives at the ED, only to be told her son has been released into the care of Tommy, a man in his 30s posing as the brother of the patient’s homeless friend Skelly. As Fletch does what he can to trace their whereabouts, the boys themselves soon realise they made a big mistake going off with a man who is anything but a friend.
A 78-year-old woman breaks her leg in a futile attempt to prevent her home being bulldozed – although Sam is more interested in why her X-ray shows a bullet in her knee – and worried parents bring in their daughter, whose strange diet has led her to eat the remains of the family cat.
